What is Pyrolysis Oil?
Pyrolysis Oil, also known as Tyre Oil, is a synthetic fuel derived from the thermal decomposition (pyrolysis) of waste rubber materials, primarily end-of-life tires. This process takes place in an oxygen-free environment, converting scrap tires into a high-energy liquid fuel that is dark brown to black in appearance and has similar properties to furnace oil or diesel.

 Uses of Pyrolysis Oil:
As an industrial fuel in furnaces, boilers, and burners
Substitute for furnace oil or diesel in various heating applications

Manufacturing Process:
The pyrolysis process involves:
Feeding shredded rubber or tires into a pyrolysis reactor
Heating in an oxygen-free environment at 400–500°C
Breaking down long-chain hydrocarbons into gas, char, steel, and pyrolysis oil
Condensing the vapors to collect the liquid fuel
Purifying and storing the oil for end-use
